CONSULTATIONS

The best way for us to assess your needs is to see you! We suggest you come in for a $25 consultation with one of our experienced stylists to chat about cut, color, texture services, or extensions. Your consultation fee will be applied to your service total upon scheduling!

BOOKING PROCEDURE

We ask that all appointments be booked in advance to best ensure your satisfaction and require a credit card number to be on file. To schedule an appointment, click “book service” or call the salon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect the time of our stylists and staff, we ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service charge.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Gratuity is accepted by cash or check only and cannot be added to a credit card. Gift certificates do not include gratuity.

CHILDREN

To ensure the safety of the children and our staff, guests are encouraged to leave children at home unless they are receiving a service.
